Horseback Riding 
Panoramic and unique riding trips take guests to the nearby mountains and rivers for unforgettable wildlife and flora observation. These trips can last for a few hours or for a whole day, including a noon picnic and bathing in the clear waters of Chimehuín River. Longer trips including camping facilities can also be arranged. No previous experience of horseback rides is needed as our specialized staff make it easy for you.
Golfing in Patagonia
Legendary Jack Nicklaus and his eldest son Jack Nicklaus II, worked well together to create this unique patagonian masterpiece. The 18-hole, par 72 course at Chapelco Golf Club delivers an experience that will thrill and enchant players of any skill level and is located only 20 minutes from the lodge. Day Spa
Tipiliuke's guests can enjoy relax sessions based on water circuits in private studios, facing the amazing golf course design by Jack Nicklaus, with jacuzzi , steam cabins, relaxing pool and scotch douche.The Namasthe Spa is located 20 minutes drive from the lodge.
Birding
The Lake District with its wetlands, steppes and forests provides ideal habitats for a very different variety of birds. In San Martín de los Andes there are 189 species (41 families, grouped in 19 orders). The National Parks close to Tipiliuke are also a scenic blend of environments for birding. Come and recognize the warbling of Patagonian birds while discovering their secret world!

Trekking
The 20.000 hectares / 48,000 acres of the property offer endless trails major walk along. Some explore Mapuche´s sites -ancient inhabitants of this mystical land-. Other paths lead to different viewpoints from where you can appreciate snowcapped mountains, changing colors of the forests in spring and other Patagonian landscapes. One of the high points of the trek is to find different springs and see how the water emerges from the ground making everything green around them.

Wineries in Patagonia
In Northern Patagonia there is a new winemaking valley called San Patricio del Chañar at latitude 39º South. In this terroir, NQN and Familia Schroeder are both boutiques wineries with leading-edge technology.

Photo Workshop
Escorted by Eliseo Miciu professional photographer*, this worshop includes outdoor shootings and computer edition classes. The focus will be determinated according to the general level and interests of the group. Some suggested topics are: camera settings, panoramic photography, exposure and histogram, lightning, composition (animals - approaching ways and backgroungs), post production (edition and selections, color adjustment, cropping), as some examples. A Gliclee print with the best shot of each photograher will be done.

Park and Plant Nursery Visits
The Park, unique in the province for its size and diverse species, is a gorgeous place to walk and enjoy a real Patagonian arboretum. It has comfortable walking paths and benches along the way to rest. The old plant nursery, which covers 6 hectares, is a marvelous place for its size and beauty especially during autumn when trees become a colorful kaleidoscope of images.

Our guests can invited to recover those moments through activities that will foster a full body, mind, heart and spirit integration, in perfect harmony with Patagonia , an unforgettable natural setting. Thermal Spa
Termas de Epulafquen (2:30hs. hour drive from the lodge) is an exclusive spot deeply immersed in Lanín National Park protected area. On your way sceneries vary from Patagonian steppe to the Valdivian rainforest. Visitors can sail across the Huechulafquen lake with great views of the Lanín volcano and the Escorial, petrified lava river. Surrounded by virgin forests and a myriad of volcanic phenomena this luxury spa offers different temperatures indoor and outdoor pools, vichy shower and yoga classes.
National Park Visits
The ranch is not far from Lanín and Nahuel Huapi National Parks (3 hours drive). Excursions can be arranged from Tipiliuke to visit the splendid local lakes and mountains, including the magnificent inactive Lanín volcano (3776m.) and Huechulafquen lake.
Skiing in Patagonia
Chapelco is a wonderful small family oriented ski area. It has many ski lifts including a 6 person Gondola. However, if the conditions aren’t great on any given day, Tipiliuke will offer you other possibilities such as trekking, horseback riding and shopping in San Martín de los Andes.
