Day 1: Arrival at Chapelco airport. Reception and transfer to the
estancia Cerro de los Pinos (10 minutes ride). According to flight schedule, welcome drink and open-air lunch. Guided visit to the surroundings: the gardens, the orchard, the plant nursery, the chapel and the old Blacksmith’s. Later 4WD or horseback riding to a viewpoint for enjoying the changing sunrise colors of the Lanín volcano and Cerro de los Pinos mountain. Return to Tipiliuke lodge and dinner. Overnight.
Day 2: After breakfast we will pick-up some vegetables at the orchard,
according to the season and considering chef’s advice. We will use these ingredients later to prepare delicious Patagonian dishes. The cooking lesson includes an entrée, a main dish or a dessert apart from “bread methods”. At lunch time we will taste the homemade meal prepared by our selves accompanied by selected argentine wines.
After a short nap we can enjoy some of the following activities: horseback riding, trekking, shopping tour to San Martín de los Andes.
Day 3: Breakfast. Free time to relax. According flight schedule, lunch
and transfer to Chapelco airport.
Entry: Slice of nut toast with smoked wild meat with green vegetables
Main Dish: Rolled deer beef with cassis sauce and season's vegetables
Dessert: Rhubarb crumble with red fruits and ice cream.
