Ana and Lisandro are the latest incorporations to the Tipiliuke team, each bringing valuable experience and fresh energy to our project. Ana joins us as one of our hostesses and as an sommelier, with a strong background shaped by living and working in gastronomy in France. Her knowledge, sensitivity, and attention to detail help elevate the guest experience from the very first moment.

Lisandro joins the kitchen as our new chef, working closely alongside Eva, the heart and soul of Tipiliuke’s gastronomy. Together, they continue to develop a cuisine rooted in care, flavor, and authenticity, honoring the spirit that defines Tipiliuke.
