Testimonials

“ (...) This is a beautiful lodge and a warm hospitable staff. We loved riding the horses through incredible scenery. Have so much fun hiking up the Tipiliuke mountain with friends , Mónica and Rubén. Amazing views. Everything there, hosts, Eva, everyone was top notch & amazing! ”
“ Tipiliuke is a rare gem, it combines scenery, culture, history, comfort and great fly fishing. For those who are active there is plenty to do from hiking up to Cerro de los Pinos to get an amazing view of the valley and the famous Patagonia Estepa to relaxing at the lodge enjoying some delicious home made meals and perhaps getting involved in the kitchen learning how to do the argentine traditional empanadas.
The family history of the place has a lot to say of Argentina, and makes one value the place so much more!
If you want to enjoy Argentina in its essence but also be pampered - this is a must!
For fly fishing - there is no need to say that they have some of the best locations and expert guides! ”
“ 5 fish over 22 inches / what a river! ”
“ The unbelievable solitude and intense melancholy of the Patagonia Mountains is only matched by the incredible service, warmth, and friendship of the Kevin, Mary Joe, and the Tipiliuke staff. Tipiliuke offers visitors a unique experience that one doesn't find in the 21 century-- Camaraderie with guests and a chance to hunt or experience the wild in the purest fashion imaginable. Every meal was excellent, and the self service bar gives one ample opportunity to unwind after a great hunt through the mountains. We didn't have the chance to fish, but we plan on returning and will definitely try that out also. Couldn't ask for a better lodge in South America!

“ Thank you for the WONDERFUL visit to Tipiliuke! I am so happy that we have the opportunity to enjoy this magnificent place! My favorite was, of course, the horseback riding! What a great way to experience this part of Argentina. I also enjoy the hike up Tipiliuke with Mónica and Ruben... not to mention the great staff, the delicous food and abundant wine. I hope to return someday soon! (5 fish over 22 inches / what a river.) ”
